Using Metal Additive Manufacturing process a prototype component was built by Robotic MIG welding process. Using high temperature alloys, the materials were Welded & Joined by GTAW, GMAW & PGTAW. The welded materials were characterized by various microscopy and tested using various mechanical properties were analyzed.
